Approved Nuclear Advocates claimants and participants can use the secure portal to review administrative progress, see next steps, track requested information and communicate with their coordinator.
Portal access is invitation-only. Submitting an inquiry does not automatically create a portal account.
Common questions about accessing and using the portal.
Use the unique link in your invitation email. You will verify your email address, create a secure password, and accept the Portal Terms before accessing your case.
Enter your email and password on the sign-in page. If you have forgotten your password, use the password reset link.
Use the "Need Help Accessing Your Account?" link. For security, we will not confirm whether an email address has an account. If an account exists, a reset link will be sent.
Open your dashboard, select your case, and view the Tasks section. Follow the instructions for each task and confirm completion when finished.
Use the Messages section to communicate securely with your coordinator. Do not include sensitive information like Social Security numbers in messages.
Send a secure message to your coordinator describing the incorrect information. Do not include sensitive details in the message.
Contact your coordinator to request access for an authorized participant such as a spouse or adult child. Access requires documented authorization and administrator approval.
