Meet Autumn Bentley

Autumn Bentley is a dedicated patient advocate and registered nurse with a Master's degree in Nursing and over a decade of healthcare experience. Throughout her career, she has worked closely with patients, families, and individuals navigating complex healthcare and benefits systems, giving her a firsthand understanding of the challenges they face.

With more than eight years of direct patient and client experience in occupational illness claims and benefits, she has listened to countless stories, witnessed gaps in the support available to workers and their families, and developed a deep commitment to helping individuals understand and pursue available benefits.

As the founder of Nuclear Advocates LLC, Autumn combines her clinical expertise, compassionate approach, and extensive knowledge of the EEOICPA program to provide personalized guidance and advocacy. Her mission is simple: to help current and former nuclear workers and their families navigate complex benefit programs with clarity, compassion, and confidence.

Based in Las Vegas, Nevada, Autumn proudly serves workers from the Nevada Test Site, Los Alamos National Laboratory, Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, Oak Ridge, Hanford, Idaho National Lab, Savannah River Site, Rocky Flats, and many other nuclear facilities across the country.
